About

Basterds are a metalcore band from Drummondville, Québec, formed in 2017 by friends who initially just wanted to play music together. Since then, the band has steadily built a place in Québec’s heavy scene with a mix of aggression, melody and an especially direct live energy. Over the years, Basterds have shared stages with bands including August Burns Red, Knocked Loose and In Flames while expanding their catalog through A Place to Call Hell, New Lows and a run of recent singles. In 2026, the band reached another milestone with an appearance at Vans Warped Tour Montréal.
