About

From Orlando, Florida, Trivium have become a prominent modern metal act. Led by Matt Heafy, the band bring metalcore, thrash and classic heavy metal together with virtuosic solos, rapid riffs and melodic hooks.\n\nAscendancy (2005), Shogun (2008) and In the Court of the Dragon (2021) represent milestones in their development. In 2025, Trivium also released the Struck Dead EP, which is separate from the band's studio-album discography. On October 8, 2026, Trivium announced Crown in the Grave, a new studio album scheduled for November 20, 2026 through Roadrunner Records. The announced lineup features Matt Heafy (vocals and guitar), Corey Beaulieu (guitar), Paolo Gregoletto (bass) and Alex Rüdinger (drums).
